Nice walk with a lot of variety. Everything from.To small towns. One favorite was a small place to eat next to a creek. Later in the day got extremely hot. Walked a long way and talked with a veryIreland named Johnny. We parted ways Pamplona, but saw him again on our rest day.. it was supposed to be a shorter day like 12.8 miles. We didn’t make any wrong turns but we did stay in a hostel that was on theso it turned out to be a 16+ mile day. We are going to have to get used to the heat. We were closed today that covered everything basically the sunAnd long pants to get past the sunburn that was starting from the day before. We did a good job with that, but he decided that we’re gonna start earlierto beat the sun. That starts tomorrow. About 3/4 the way through the trip decided it would be a great rest day and a place to do. I also haven’t had a full night sleep for a while so that was great to get.

Casually walk through Pamplona without any real plan having a great conversation. Somehow, Leo has sketched more than me on this trip so he pressured me to get that started. Our last night here we found a place with octopus made two different ways that was great. We also got a private room with a shared bathroom, but air conditioning and two solid naps a great night sleep and I expect one tonight.

Tomorrow has a lot of inclined, but they say it’s gradual. I’ve learned not to believe that but it will be what it is. On the map it looks like a lot of open space so I’m hoping there are long legs aren’t Van tomorrow. I would say we’re halfway through the hard part and we come in pretty sore and tired, but wake up feeling better than we thought we would

I’ll leave space forLeo to write later
